Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only ship Australia wide. If you live internationally and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@swimbright.com.au and we can discuss postage options that may be available to you.

How is shipping calculated?

We have a discounted flat rate shipping charge of $8.95. We also offer free shipping, Australia wide for orders over $75.00

Is Express Postage available?

When we are at the point of being able to offer next day shipping, express postage will be available. If you urgently require an order, please send us a direct message on our Instagram or Facebook page and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Can you send my order to Parcelmate?

At this stage, we are only able to post orders to a physical address or P.O Box

How long until my order arrives?

Orders will be packed and posted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to ensure you are not waiting. Approaching Christmas periods, we will attempt to pack and post daily. Australia Post estimated delivery times can be calculated here. All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, postcode 4209.

Will my package have tracking?

Yes. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking details. Australia Post will also send you an email with tracking updates and an expected delivery date. You can update your delivery preference (leave in a safe place, pick up from a local post office or redirect to another address) via this email or by logging into your Australia Post account here.

Are packages covered by insurance?

Packages are not covered by additional insurance. As a business, we do have access to the Email Track Advice service which will provide our customers with regular processing and delivery updates via email. If you will not be home or don’t have a safe place to leave a package, we suggest you have this delivered to a workplace or neighbour. Alternatively you can opt to collect your package from your local post office.

COVID-19 Delays

The Covid-19 pandemic is currently impacting a number of states and territories resulting in delayed delivery times. We ask that you please understand these constraints are outside of our control and that of Australia Post staff, whom are doing their very best with the resources available to them. You can read more about potential delays on their website here.
