Returns Policy

 

To ensure you love our Swim Bright range as much as we do, we provide accurate (flat lay) size charts, real reviews and quality check each and every garment prior to dispatch.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily process your return within 30 days of your dispatch date provided you follow these steps:

Step 1: Meet the criteria

  • Proof of purchase/receipt is required

  • Returns not available on sale stock

  • Refund/Exchange request is received within 30 days of dispatch date

  • Garment/s must be in an acceptable state* (see definition below)

  • Care (wash) instructions have been followed

  • Shipping costs are non refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tracked shipping is recommended)

*Acceptable state: All garments must be in as new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on, on top of underwear. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Step 2: Contact Us

Contact hello@swimbright.com.au to request a refund/exchange. Please include your reason for the request and attach your proof of purchase and any photos that relate to faulty or damaged items.

Step 3: Assessed and Processed

Once assessed, if you are approved based on the above criteria, you will be contacted to arrange one of the following:

  • Refund for a faulty or incorrect item

  • Exchange for a different size of an identical garment

  • Swim Bright credit (valid for 12 months) for change of mind
